GBQA stands for Ghana Barbecue Association; an international barbecue organization that is active worldwide and where culinary barbecue enjoyment, information and friendship are central (Fire, Food, Friendship and Fun).

The Ghana Barbecue Association seeks to serve as a national platform to promote the Barbecue industry, which eventually will create jobs for the youth and boost the local economy.
